Welcome to Meeter Fantasy, a skill-based cricket fantasy platform. By using our application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to participate.
• The app is intended for Indian users unless otherwise specified.
• Users must provide accurate registration information.

2. Game Structure

• A. Match Types
  • Matches include only: T10, T20, ODI, and other authorized leagues.
• B. Contest Categories
  • 1. Online Contests
    • Batters: 1 run = 1 point.
    • Bowlers: 1 wicket = 10 points.
    • Contest types: 2 or 3 participants.
    • No duplicate player selection within the same contest.
    • Toss logic applies for player pick priority.
  • Shield Games:
    • Sequence Game: Players' scores must be in descending order to win 100x the entry fee. All must have faced 1 ball.
    • Single Digit Game: Players must score between 0-9 runs. All must have faced 1 ball.
  • Private Contest:
    • Fixed size: 2 participants.
    • Each user selects 2 players.
    • The contest is accessible via private link.
    • Player selection part is same like the online contest
  • 2. Offline Contests
    • Same scoring rules as Online.
    • Immediate participation allowed; no wait for the opponent.
    • Team size:
      • 2 participants: 2 players each.
      • 3 participants: 1 player each.
    • No duplicate player selection.

3. Toss & Player Selection

• The toss winner gets the first choice of players.
• Once a player is picked, the opponent cannot select the same.
• A timer is provided for selection, adjustable by admin.
• If no players are selected in the initial two rounds, the contest may auto-cancel.

4. Scoring & Results

• Batters: 1 run = 1 point.
• Bowlers: 1 wicket = 10 points.

Tie-Breaking Rule for Winner Declaration

• For Batters:
  • Most boundaries (fours + sixes).
  • If still tied, higher strike rate.
• For Bowlers:
  • Lower economy rate.
• Admin reserves final decision rights in case of ambiguity.

5. Team Editing

• If a selected player is not in the final team list, users can:
  • Replace the unannounced player within a time window.
  • Add players if initial selection was less than allowed limit.
• Editing is allowed only after 10 minutes of joining the contest.

6. Admin Configuration

• Admin controls all:
  • Entry fees
  • Match formats
  • Player selection time
  • Contest cancellation logic
  • Number of players per team

7. Payments, Withdrawals & Prizes

• Winnings are based on game rules and performance.
• Prize amounts depend on entry fee and contest type.

Deposit Requirement for Withdrawal

• Withdrawals are only permitted if you have made a successful deposit into your account. Without a deposit, withdrawal requests will not be processed.

Withdrawal Eligibility

• Only the amount won through contests (Winning Amount) is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus, deposit, or referral balances are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawals may require KYC verification.

8. Contest Participation Policy

Player Selection Responsibility

• Once you join a contest and are matched, the entry fee will be deducted.
• If you fail to select players, it is your responsibility.
• No refund will be issued for failure to select a team.

Contest Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

• A contest is confirmed once you are matched with another user.
• Once matched, contests cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
• If the actual match is officially cancelled, the contest will also be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
• Appearance of a scratch card does not change the contest confirmation or refund policy.

9. Fair Play & Restrictions

• Any cheating, scripting, or manipulation will result in a ban.
• Fair use and respectful participation are mandatory.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Meeter Fantasy is not liable for:
  • Match disruptions or errors in real-time data.
  • User device or internet issues.
  • Loss of earnings due to incorrect player selection or data delays.

11. Account Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or involved in fraudulent activities.

12. Updates to Terms

• These terms may be updated. Users will be notified via app update or in-app message.

13. Player Selection Policy

Once a user joins a contest and enters the player selection screen, navigating away (intentionally or unintentionally) does not cancel the contest entry. Users can access their joined contests from the "My Match" section and are allowed to select or edit players starting 5 minutes after the joining time, up until the official match start time.

If the user fails to select players before the match begins:

• The score will be counted as zero (0).
• If the opponent has selected players, the opponent will be declared the winner.
• No refunds will be processed for failure to select players after joining a contest.

Users are advised to complete their player selection promptly after joining to ensure fair competition and avoid any inconvenience.

14. Collusion Policy

The Company reserves the right to investigate any complaints or reports regarding suspected collusion by users. If the Company, at its sole discretion, determines that a user is engaging in collusive behavior during an ongoing or upcoming pool, it may take immediate action. This includes, but is not limited to, disqualifying the user from the concerned pool(s), temporarily or permanently suspending access to the user’s account or the Application, and blocking the user’s participation in any further activities.

Such action may be taken without prior notice and shall remain in effect pending the outcome of the investigation. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the user as a result of disciplinary action taken due to collusive conduct.
