Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Meeter App, we aim to provide users with a smooth and fair experience. This Refund and
Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be provided.
1. Entry Fee and Contest Participation
- Once a user joins a contest by paying the entry fee, the amount is
automatically deducted from their Meeter account wallet.
- Participation in a contest is considered final once confirmed.
- No cancellation of participation or refund of entry fee is permitted
once a contest has been joined, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy.
2. Cancellations Initiated by Meeter App
We reserve the right to cancel contests in the following scenarios:
- Technical errors or system malfunctions.
- Insufficient number of participants before contest start.
- Detection of fraudulent activity or breach of fair play.
- Match abandonment, cancellation, or delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:
- The entry fee will be automatically refunded to the user's Meeter wallet within a
reasonable time (typically 24–72 hours).
- The refund will not include any bonuses, discounts, or promotional amounts that were used for entry.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are only credited to the user's Meeter App Wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used for future contests.
- Withdrawals from wallet to a bank account are subject to standard withdrawal terms (i.e., only
withdrawable balance, TDS applicable as per Income Tax Act if required).
4. No Refund in Case of User-Initiated Errors
We do not entertain refunds in cases where:
- The user accidentally joins the wrong contest.
- The user’s device/network failure leads to missing out on player selections or contest deadlines.
- The user account is suspended due to a breach of terms and conditions.
5. Bonus Money Policy
- Bonus amounts credited through promotional offers are non-withdrawable and
non-refundable.
- Bonus money expires if not used within the period specified (typically 30 days unless otherwise
mentioned).
6. Grievance Redressal
If you believe you are eligible for a refund that has not been processed, you may contact our support team
within 7 days of the contest/event.

7. Changes to This Policy
Meeter reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be
notified via the app and/or registered email addresses.
