1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must reside in a state where online fantasy sports are legally permitted.
  • ✕ Restricted States: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim (same as Dream11).

2. Gameplay

• Meeter offers skill-based Head-to-Head contests (2 or 3 participants).
• Players select batsmen turn by turn.
• The team with the highest batting total based on real-life scores wins.

3. Fair Play & Compliance

• Use of bots, fake accounts, or multiple IDs is strictly prohibited.
• PAN and bank verification mandatory for large winnings, in line with TDS guidelines.

4. Financials

• Entry fee structure is visible before joining.
• Winnings are credited to your "Winnings Wallet" and are subject to TDS (30%) on earnings over ₹10,000 as per Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act (introduced 2023-24).
• Withdrawals are processed to verified Indian bank accounts only.
• The withdrawal request will take 3–4 working days to process.

5. Disclaimers

• Meeter is not affiliated with the BCCI, IPL, or any official cricket body.
• Meeter does not guarantee winnings and does not promote gambling or betting.

6. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for rule violations.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad.
